Hypnosis Services

Hypnosis is a complementary, voluntary practice intended to support relaxation, focused attention, personal insight, and positive personal change. Hypnosis services provided by Hope Angel Treasures are not a substitute for medical care, psychological treatment, psychiatric care, psychotherapy, counseling, diagnosis, or treatment from a qualified healthcare professional.

Hypnosis is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, medical condition, mental health disorder, or other health condition.

Clients remain responsible for their own healthcare decisions and should seek appropriate care from a licensed healthcare professional when medical, psychological, psychiatric, or emergency care is needed.

Participation in hypnosis is voluntary. Clients may choose to stop or discontinue a session at any time.

Hypnosis does not guarantee any particular result or outcome. Individual experiences and results may vary.

Core Synchronization & Energy Work

Hope Angel Treasures also offers an energy-based practice referred to as Core Synchronization. Core Synchronization is offered as a complementary personal-growth and energetic wellness practice.

Core Synchronization and other energy-work services are not medical or psychological treatments and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, illness, injury, mental health condition, or other medical condition.

Energy work should not be used as a replacement for appropriate medical, psychological, psychiatric, or other professional healthcare.

Any experiences, sensations, emotions, insights, or perceptions that arise during or following an energy-work session are personal experiences and are not represented as medical diagnoses or scientifically established medical outcomes.

Client Responsibility

Terms & Conditions

By scheduling an appointment, I willingly participate in the hypnosis process and/or Core Synchronization/Emotion Code for self-improvement. I understand that Hope Angel Treasures is not prescribing for, nor treating any physical or mental ailments and that hypnosis and any other energy work is not a substitute for medical or psychological diagnosis and
treatment. I agree to inform Hope Angel Treasures of all physical or mental conditions
ahead of time and I understand that it is recommended that I see a licensed
physician/health care professional for any physical/psychological ailments I might
have. I authorize that this release form applies to all future sessions as well.
Hope Angel Treasures will use the best of their abilities to help you make the changes you
seek and to treat you with care and respect. We agree to give you our undivided
attention and professional assistance during our scheduled session time, and we
agree to abide by strict confidentiality. We are professionally committed to using our
training and skills to assist you in mobilizing your own resources to achieve the results
