This Refund & Cancellation Policy is intended to clearly communicate the refund and cancellation terms for Hope Angel Treasures. Refund Policy

At Hope Angel Treasures, I value your time and trust and strive to provide a positive experience with every service and product. Please review the following refund and cancellation policies before booking a session or purchasing a product.

Hypnosis & Energy Work Services

Due to the nature of hypnosis and energy work services, completed sessions are non-refundable. Once a hypnosis or energy work session has been provided, payment is considered final and no refunds will be issued.

Cancellations for Prepaid Appointments

If you have prepaid for a hypnosis or energy work appointment and need to cancel:

Cancellation at least 5 hours before your scheduled appointment: You will receive a full refund of the prepaid amount.
Cancellation less than 5 hours before your scheduled appointment: A $50 cancellation fee will be retained, and the remaining balance of your prepaid amount will be refunded.
No-show appointments: If you do not attend your scheduled appointment and do not provide notice, the $50 cancellation fee will be retained, and any remaining prepaid balance will be refunded.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible.

Products

I want you to be happy with your purchase from Hope Angel Treasures. If you are not satisfied with a product, you may request a full refund by returning the product to me.

Unsatisfactory Products

If you are not satisfied with your product, please contact me and mail the product back to Hope Angel Treasures. Once the returned product is received, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Damaged Products

If your product arrives damaged, please contact me and provide a clear photo showing the damage.

For products that arrive damaged, you do not need to return the product. Once the damage has been verified, you will receive a full refund to the original payment method.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed as soon as reasonably possible. Depending on your payment provider or financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
